We are seeking a Systems Administrator Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to support the systems administrator in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the systems administrator in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and other IT systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running smoothly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Assist in implementing security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with training as needed
- Assist in managing software licenses and updates
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with networking protocols and security measures
