We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant in the healthcare industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong interest in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
