We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant in the vibrant city of Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment and onboarding process for our telecommunications company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up to date
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
