We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant in the Energy sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the Energy sector
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and data in our applicant tracking system
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
