We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant in the Consumer Goods industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment support and a strong interest in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
- Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [X] years of experience in recruitment support or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
