We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Talent Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of talent operations within our manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management
- Oversee employee training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and growth within the organization
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of talent operations with overall business objectives
- Analyze talent data and provide insights to senior management to drive decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Proficiency in HRIS and other talent management systems
