We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Advisor to join our team in Sharjah within the construction industry. The Tax Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure the company meets all tax requirements and maximizes tax savings.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
- Advising the company on the most tax-efficient ways to structure transactions and operations
- Preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time
- Developing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings
- Representing the company in tax audits and resolving any tax disputes
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the company
- Providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement tax strategies and ensure compliance
- Providing training and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred

- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UAE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
