We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Manager to join our retail company in Abu Dhabi. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, as well as experience working in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including VAT and corporate tax
- Prepare and review tax returns and other related documents
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and government authorities as needed
- Analyze financial data and provide tax advice to senior management
- Manage tax audits and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or similar certification is preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
