We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Education sector. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, minimizing tax liabilities, and maximizing tax benefits for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting of taxes
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to stay updated on changes that may affect the organization
- Assist in audits and investigations related to tax matters
- Provide guidance and advice to management on tax implications of business decisions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure tax compliance in all aspects of the organization's operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software
