We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients to minimize tax liabilities
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide ongoing tax advice and support
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax support for various financial transactions
- Assist with special tax projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
