We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the construction industry, ensuring their technical needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the construction industry, ensuring their technical needs are met and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met, and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients to assess project progress, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, recommending solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on project status, key milestones, and upcoming deliverables.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in the construction sector, and provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in a technical account management role in the construction industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
