We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our retail team in Sharjah. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key retail clients, providing technical support and guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our retail clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and integration of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimizing their use of our products and services
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical account management role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong technical background with experience in software implementation and integration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
