We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the field of Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and a passion for teaching and developing others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees in the Transportation and Logistics sector
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress and growth
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure training materials are up-to-date
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to tailor training programs to meet specific needs
- Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience
- Maintain training records and reports to track the effectiveness of programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Previous experience in training and development preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other training software tools
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning is a plus
