We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Instructor in the field of Agriculture to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals in the agricultural industry, as well as a strong background in various agricultural practices and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for individuals interested in pursuing a career in agriculture
- Create engaging and informative lesson plans and teaching materials
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations in various agricultural techniques, such as crop management, soil analysis, and pest control
- Evaluate and assess student performance to monitor progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the agricultural industry to ensure training materials are relevant and informative
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the agricultural industry
- Previous experience in teaching or training individuals in agricultural practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
