Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and course materials tailored to various retail roles, focusing on technical aspects such as inventory management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, product knowledge, and customer service technologies.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for retail employees at all levels, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to retail staff, assisting them in troubleshooting system issues and enhancing their understanding of the technologies used in daily operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and departmental heads to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest retail technologies, trends, and best practices, and integrate this knowledge into training programs to keep the curriculum relevant and effective.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in training and development is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical training role within the retail sector, with a proven track record of successful training program development and delivery.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, technologies, and customer service practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms, multimedia presentations, and instructional software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
