We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Abu Dhabi. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, including formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to drive product development and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and submissions for regulatory agencies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
