We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technology and operations management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations team, including network engineers, system administrators, and support staff
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize service quality and reliability
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to support business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for improving service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, or a related field
