We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical support to our employees and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and clients regarding software and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up and troubleshoot network connections
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies
- Train employees on how to use new software and hardware
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [X] years of experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry is a plus
