Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our staff and students in an educational setting. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
