We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems in our various properties across the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems including telephone, internet, and cable services in commercial and residential properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to telecommunications systems
- Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule installation and maintenance appointments
- Ensure all telecommunications systems are up-to-date with the latest technology and comply with industry standards
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed
- Provide training and support to property staff on how to use telecommunications systems effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in telecommunications or related field preferred
- [X] years of experience working as a Telecommunications Technician
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
