We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telephone Operator to join our team in Ajman within the agriculture sector. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and providing general information to callers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel
- Provide general information to callers about the organization and its services
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of agriculture sector is a plus
