We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
- Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Certified Teller designation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
