We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a designated territory, overseeing sales operations, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base in the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility and compliance with merchandising standards
- Train and motivate retail sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events in the territory
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or territory management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities
- Ability to travel within the designated territory
