Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager to oversee our operations in the education sector within the Abu Dhabi region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for enhancing educational outcomes and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in Abu Dhabi.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, universities, and training institutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify trends in the education sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to key stakeholders, showcasing our products and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and conferences to promote our offerings and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry developments, policies, and regulations that may impact the education sector in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Abu Dhabi, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
