We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Territory Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within their designated territory in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective management of manufacturing processes within the territory
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage a team of operations professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading operational teams and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
