Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations within a designated territory, ensuring the successful execution of programs, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a strong blend of project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the territory, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

2. Operational Excellence:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within operations and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational inquiries within the territory.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams to ensure alignment on program objectives.

4. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the territory's operational strategy and align it with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

5. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for operational programs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenditures and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial goals.

6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and present regular reports on program progress, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making and enhance program outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or operations management, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards in the Aerospace and Defense sector is a plus.
