We are seeking a qualified Therapist to join our team in the telecommunications industry in Ajman. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to employees within the organization. You will work closely with individuals to help them address and overcome personal and professional challenges, improve their mental health and well-being, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual therapy sessions with employees to address a variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each individual
- Providing crisis intervention and support to employees in urgent situations
- Collaborating with other members of the HR and management team to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Keeping up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of therapy and counseling

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed Therapist with [random number] years of experience in providing therapy services
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Experience working in a corporate or organizational setting is preferred
