We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our healthcare team in Ajman. The Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health issues, emotional disturbances, or behavioral problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology or counseling, as well as experience working in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with patients
- Developing treatment plans and goals in collaboration with patients
- Administering psychological assessments to evaluate patients' mental health
- Providing crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participating in case conferences and treatment team meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed or certified Therapist in Ajman
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Therapist in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
