We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals within this specific sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Providing counseling and therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress related to the demands of working in the Aerospace and Defense field
- Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in therapeutic interventions for individuals in the Aerospace and Defense industry

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Therapist in the state of Ajman
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy to individuals in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
