Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tour Guide Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai’s telecommunications sector. As a Tour Guide Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our clients by providing informative and engaging tours of our facilities, showcasing the latest telecommunications technologies and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead tour guide in conducting informative tours of our telecommunications facilities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and technologies we offer.
- Engage with visitors, providing them with insights into the telecommunications industry, including its impact on daily life and the future of connectivity.
- Prepare and organize promotional materials and resources to enhance the tour experience, ensuring that all information is accurate and current.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions during tours, addressing inquiries from clients and visitors with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new tour offerings and special events that promote our company’s initiatives and industry advancements.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout each tour, creating a welcoming and informative environment for all participants.
- Maintain a detailed schedule of tours and assist in coordinating logistics, including group sizes, timing, and special requests.
- Collect feedback from tour participants to continuously improve the tour experience and report findings to management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in telecommunications and relevant technologies to provide the most accurate and engaging information to visitors.
- Assist in training new staff members on tour procedures and customer interaction standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service, tour guiding, or hospitality role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and technologies is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, or Mandarin) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to accommodate tour schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
