We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Operator Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the energy industry and a strong desire to assist in coordinating and managing tours and excursions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating tours and excursions for clients in the energy sector
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their tours
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logistics for tours
- Create detailed itineraries for each tour, including activities, sightseeing, and dining options
- Work closely with tour guides and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tours
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during tours
- Maintain accurate records of tour bookings, payments, and client information
- Assist with marketing and promoting tours to attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism or travel industry
- Knowledge of the energy industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
- UAE driving license is a plus
