We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Traffic Coordinator Assistant will work closely with the Traffic Coordinator to ensure the efficient flow of traffic on construction sites and to coordinate with various stakeholders to minimize disruptions and delays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Traffic Coordinator in developing traffic management plans for construction sites in compliance with local regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for road closures, detours, and other traffic-related activities
- Monitor traffic conditions on construction sites and adjust traffic management plans as needed to ensure the safety of workers and the public
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate work schedules and minimize disruptions to traffic flow
- Maintain accurate records of traffic management activities, including permit approvals, traffic counts, and incident reports
- Assist in conducting regular inspections of traffic control devices, such as signs, barricades, and flaggers, to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements
- Provide support to the Traffic Coordinator in training and supervising traffic control personnel on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field

- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and construction industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and traffic management software
