We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating traffic and logistics for energy-related projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Traffic Coordinator in planning and coordinating transportation activities for energy projects
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Communicate with carriers and shipping agents to arrange transportation
- Assist in resolving any transportation issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and costs
- Assist in analyzing transportation data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide support to the Traffic Coordinator as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in traffic coordination or logistics, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
