We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator Assistant to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Traffic Coordinator Assistant will work closely with the Traffic Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of patients and medical supplies within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Traffic Coordinator in coordinating patient appointments and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times.
- Coordinate the delivery of medical supplies and equipment to various departments within the healthcare facility.
- Communicate with patients, staff, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, supply deliveries, and other relevant information.
- Assist with the development and implementation of traffic management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate traffic flow within the healthcare facility and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
