Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their business travel arrangements within the construction industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored travel solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, based on clients' needs and budget
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to make reservations and bookings
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Assist clients with visa applications and other travel-related paperwork
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the travel process, such as flight cancellations or delays
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- [Random] years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
