We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. As a Travel Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing medical support and assistance to our construction workers on various job sites in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Travel Nurse in providing medical care and treatment to construction workers on job sites
- Monitor the health and well-being of construction workers, including vital signs, injuries, and illnesses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all construction workers
- Administer first aid and emergency medical care as needed
- Assist with health and safety training for construction workers
- Coordinate with local medical facilities for referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain a clean and organized medical station on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in Dubai
- [Random] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency medical procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
