We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Treasury Manager Assistant in our Dubai office within the energy sector. The Treasury Manager Assistant will work closely with the Treasury Manager to ensure the efficient management of the company's financial resources and exposures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily cash balances and forecasting cash flow requirements
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and evaluate their impact on the company's financial position
- Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to cash management, liquidity, and investment activities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company's working capital
- Support in managing foreign exchange risk and interest rate risk through hedging activities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations or related roles within the energy industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, cash management, and risk management practices
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and treasury management systems
