We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations within our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash and liquidity management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and funding
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of cash resources
- Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking services, credit facilities, and foreign exchange transactions
- Manage relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors
- Oversee the processing of payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions
- Provide support for treasury-related projects and initiatives, such as system implementations and process improvements
- Prepare reports and analysis on treasury activities for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least [random number] years of experience in treasury operations or a similar role
- Solid understanding of cash management, foreign exchange, and financial instruments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
