We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, with experience in the agriculture industry being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and risk management
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash flow and maximize returns on investments
- Monitor and analyze financial market trends to identify opportunities for improving the company's financial position
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports for senior management to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute financial transactions and manage cash flow effectively
- Supervise a team of treasury professionals to ensure efficient and accurate execution of treasury operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, cash management techniques, and risk management strategies
- Experience working in the agriculture industry is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
