We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Trimmer to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Tree Trimmer will be responsible for maintaining the trees on our properties to ensure they remain healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting trees to identify any signs of disease, damage, or decay
- Trimming and pruning trees to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shape
- Removing dead or hazardous branches to prevent property damage or injury
- Using equipment such as chainsaws, pruners, and ropes to safely climb and work in trees
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Cleaning up debris and properly disposing of branches and tree trimmings
- Communicating with property managers and landscapers to coordinate tree maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tree Trimmer or similar role
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and pruning techniques
- Ability to safely operate and maintain tree trimming equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to climb and work in trees for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the health and safety of trees
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in arboriculture or related field
- Prior experience working in a real estate or landscaping environment
