Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Truck Loader Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of aerospace and defense materials. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks with aerospace and defense materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Truck Loader and other team members to efficiently organize and prepare cargo for transportation.
- Use manual and mechanical equipment to lift and move heavy items, ensuring proper handling techniques to avoid damage or injury.
- Conduct pre-loading inspections of trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition and suitable for the cargo being transported.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded items, including quantities and condition, to ensure accountability and traceability.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Support the maintenance and cleanliness of loading areas and equipment to promote operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns related to loading operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the aerospace and defense industry.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to logistics or warehousing preferred.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a loading/unloading or warehouse environment, preferably within the aerospace and defense sector.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to handling and transporting hazardous materials.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment; certification is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
