We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate team in Dubai as an Ultrasound Technician Assistant. This position will involve supporting our ultrasound technician in performing diagnostic imaging procedures on properties to identify any potential issues or areas of concern.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ultrasound technician in preparing properties for imaging procedures
- Position properties correctly to ensure high-quality images are obtained
- Operate ultrasound equipment under the guidance of the technician
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing paperwork related to imaging procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training as an ultrasound technician assistant is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (less than 8 years)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus
