Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the construction industry. The UX Researcher will play a crucial role in helping us understand the needs and behaviors of our users in order to create seamless and intuitive digital experiences for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of users within the construction industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and design studies that address them.
- Plan and conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather insights.
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover user insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to implement user-centered design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in UX research within the construction industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
