We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a UX Researcher in the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and behaviors to inform the design and development of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions
- Analyze and interpret research data to provide actionable insights
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to communicate research findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered design approach
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field

- Strong understanding of research methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
