We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user experiences and a strong background in conducting user research to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through various methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on digital products and services
- Analyze and interpret data to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user-centered design principles are integrated throughout the product development process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research and design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field

- Proficiency in conducting user research using a variety of methods and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
