Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Validation Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, focused on enhancing the quality and reliability of educational products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, quality assurance processes, and validation methodologies, specifically within the education sector. This position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain validation protocols for educational products and systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk management plans to identify potential issues in product development and deployment.
- Collaborate with product development teams to establish validation timelines and deliverables, ensuring that validation activities are integrated into the product lifecycle.
- Conduct testing and validation activities, including but not limited to functional testing, performance testing, and usability testing.
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive validation reports, documenting findings, deviations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure that all validation documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on validation processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact validation processes in the education sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in validation engineering or quality assurance, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of validation methodologies, quality management systems, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
- Proficient in using validation tools and software for testing and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with educational software and hardware validation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Validation (e.g., ASQ, CQE) is an advantage.
