We are seeking a talented and experienced Vendor Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, operations, and program management within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery
- Implement and oversee vendor performance metrics and KPIs to track and improve vendor performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline vendor operations processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements and company policies
- Lead vendor onboarding and training programs to ensure vendors are equipped to meet company standards
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage vendor escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement vendor performance improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Regularly report on vendor performance and provide insights to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- [X] years of experience in vendor management, operations, or program management within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of real estate operations and vendor management best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Experience in analyzing data and identifying trends to drive operational improvements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
