We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Vineyard Manager Assistant. This position is based in Dubai and is within the retail industry. The Vineyard Manager Assistant will work closely with the Vineyard Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the vineyard, as well as assisting in overseeing all aspects of the vineyard's production and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Vineyard Manager in planning and coordinating all vineyard operations, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and irrigation.
- Monitor vineyard health and implement pest and disease control measures as needed.
- Assist in managing vineyard staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Help maintain vineyard equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and supplies for vineyard operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing vineyard budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze vineyard performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Assist in organizing and hosting vineyard tours, tastings, and events for customers and visitors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in a vineyard or agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of vineyard operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
