We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Vineyard Worker to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Vineyard Worker will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our vineyard, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and harvesting grapevines
- Monitoring vine health and implementing pest and disease control measures
- Operating and maintaining vineyard equipment and machinery
- Irrigating vineyards as needed
- Assisting with the production of grapes for wine-making
- Participating in vineyard tours and events as required
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the vineyard

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a vineyard or similar agricultural setting
- Knowledge of vineyard practices and techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in viticulture or related field
- Experience with organic or biodynamic farming practices
