We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in a pharmaceutical setting in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food safety and hygiene
- Knowledge of multiple languages
